I have a couple of complaints on things I think you got mixed up. FBI agents only deal within the United States not abroad. Since they are basically just better trained police officers with special privelidges they still do not go out of the country. I believe you are thinking of the CIA who are built on international affairs. They are the ones who are the special agents. So stating that the FBI has been training the British in a spy kid program sounds completely stupid as that program would be useless because it's authority is set only in it's own country.
CIA not FBI.
